I was alone in S. korea for my procedure, and thanks to Yana, I felt safe and confident throughout the process. Yana did guide me with clarity, explained the pros and cons of every choice I encountered, she was very objective and sincere, and really made me feel that she had my best interest at heart! She knows her field very well, and counting on someone like Yana to go through this experience really made a huge difference for me! Totally reccomended.
