Iām incredibly grateful for all the support and care I received throughout my entire journey. From the very beginning, assistant was so kind, warm and attentive. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me all the information I needed and made sure I felt comfortable and reassured.
What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring she was. At every appointment, she would come and check on me personally, ask how I was feeling and make sure everything was going well with my recovery. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was always helpful, patient and friendly.
