I engage Yana to help translate for my revision procedure. She really took the time to understand what my concerns are and what I am looking for prior to meeting the doctor. It’s really night and day compare to my previous experience. Communication with the doctor went smoothly. She is also very honest and gives you a reality check on what is and isn’t possible.
More importantly I am allergic to penicillin and Yana had to keep reminding the clinic about this! I really appreciate her care and attention to detail. The clinic had to be reminded 4 times before they change my prescription. Much much appreciated.
